COURSE and PRODUCT REFUNDS
Courses: Because TIFRM's primary "product" is knowledge and education, which cannot be "returned" once provided, course refunds can only be granted PRIOR TO the start of the course or training. Prospective students are provided with access to the TIFRM Course Catalog to review course descriptions, and are able to contact TIFRM with any course questions prior to enrolling. Once the student begins a course or training or accesses the course or training materials, no refunds will be provided, whether or not a test or examination is also required.
Products: Unopened physical products purchased directly from TIFRM through the TIFRM Bookstore may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Opened physical products are ineligible for refunds.
